My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Vinyl window regrets?

Anyone regretted going with Vinyl windows in sf bay area ( non-coastal)?
Our top 2 options are - save money with Milgard Tuscany(Vinyl) or invest in Marvin Elevate(Wood inside/Fiberglass outside). Vinyl seems durable and low maintenance and people I have spoken to seem happy with it. So it all comes down to aesthetics, I suppose. Help me think this through!

    It was a sarcastic jab at that non-vinyl manufacturer's that quote a bunch of statistics that have ZERO impact on window performance as a means to malign and entire category of other products.
