My trees are all very young still, because I'm growing everything from seed, but this tiny Pinus longaeva makes me very happy. :)

Please help with conifers sources. Your conifer selection is awesome! I am seeking to do the same thing but cannot locate sources for the trees. I am in zone 4a, although I was just told its technically zone 5 in MN as I'm in the twin cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul. Any links to sites from anyone would be so appreciated. Thank you!

Probably at least a 3rd of my conifers came from local nurseries and garden centers in SE WI. I am not familiar with availability in MN, but you may have some good local sources there too.

I have. We removed 3 spruce trees due to Rhizosphaera needle cast disease and so will not plant the Colorado spruce genus again. That eliminates a whole lot of trees I like plus the sizes I need to fit into the void left by their removal of the other trees that were used as a privacy break. I am hoping to get into the Conifer varities that the original writer posted so I was seeking information on sources of where to find those unique varities.

An addendum to the above post. I am hoping Addison in VT (or anyone else into conifers) who started this thread may have some connections to online resources. Please let me know if you have some information. Thank you.
