Brick is usually regional so you being in Georgia may find like I did, its hard to get true white brick around the South. We're in the red brick belt. But check Palmetto and Meridian (think they got bought out) for color available in your area.

Grogan Engineering - My brick is by Meridian (now General Shale). Brick is called Magnolia Bay.

We live in TN and special ordered the brick. Felt quite guilty at the time because good friends are execs at General Shale, which is based in our home town. We did not like any of the white brick that GS offered. We were let off the hook by our friends after we sheepishly told them that we had not used a GS brick. Unbeknownst to us, GS had bought out Meridian soon after we ordered the brick from other sources. 😁

We also used Magnolia Bay brick with an off-white mortar (I don't have the specific name right now.) I'm very pleased with it in general.

My main concern was protecting the lower portion of the brick from red clay stains until landscaping was done, which the builder failed to do adequately. Some of the red clay has been cleaned off but much remains. You may face the same issue in GA. It should not be a problem as long as the brick is protected during your project.

Our Magnolia Bay color brick is by Meridian. It looks like the photo that @User posted above except that our mortar is just a tad darker.

Thank you @Grogan Engineering @User for your input as well. I am leaning towards the WinterHaven brick by General Shale with sand toned mortar. The brick edges will stand out with the slightly darker mortar is the thinking.

Our General Shale friends tried to talk us into the Winterhaven brick. I thought it too flat and stark for the old brick look that I wanted. I do have a friend that used it on her ginormous home. She used a buff colored mortar and has black windows. It looks great.

JP Haus - As you can see from the above photo, we used a darker brick for the skirt and the steps because of the dirt worry. It worked with the exception of the area where the ground elevation changed on the side and the dark brick was covered. The Magnolia Bay was close too the ground so we have mud that will not come off. My DH tried to scrub and power wash after I told him not to and I think it looks worse. Bushes will eventually cover it up, however.
