If the opportunity presents, I like to enter a room and look at the bed, foot board facing me. So I would put the bed on the window wall.

Here is the double bed in a 15x15 space. The second bed, just for your comparison, is a queen bed.

Apparently that is bad feng shui but I would like a floor plan since the pic are not really helpful BTW always a queen bed for sure and that is not a really small space .

In feng shui, we place the bed using the principle of the commanding position. You want your bed located so that when you’re lying in bed, you can see the door to the bedroom. However, you don’t want to be directly in line with the door either. A good rule of thumb is it places the bed diagonal from the door.

In your pics, it looks like if you place the bed between the windows you won't be able to access the closet easily. Can you post a diagram of the room (showing windows and doors) with dimensions? Without that, I'd try to place the bed so that it is opposite the door.

15ft by 15ft is a good size for a bedroom - I wouldn’t consider it small - but the wall in the pictures does not look like it’s 15ft. Are you sure those are the correct measurements?

Across from the closet door might not be bad. You or guest(not sure if this is a guest room), can lie in bed and enjoy the trees.

Easy to lay mattress on floor to see which wall feels better and also consider where dresser would end up, as well as any other pieces. No right or wrong. Ensure flow to move around is optimized. If bed is on wall with windows, window treatment may be more restricted.

Can the bed be placed facing the windows? (The headboard on the wall on which the door is located?)

I would definitely place queen headboard on window wall. But drapery behind night stands for calm look.
