You have two different trees there. My guess is Albizia julibrissin for the doubly pinnate ones. The single pinnate leaves might be an Acacia or Robinia pseudoacacia.

Which picture are you calling single pinnate? They all look double pinnate to me.

I agree it is deceiving, but the 3rd picture is a leaf tip not a branch. The red stems give me pause on Albizia, but it will not surprise me if that color stem exists with them. They certainly look like Mimosa, Albizia julibrissin.

I really like doubly pinnate plants. When my Delonix Regia would flower in early summer the neighbours thought it was awesome, but I couldn't wait for the tree to get over it and focus on its best feature - the leaves.
