You need to cite the specific model number of your machine. It's on the model/serial tag which is visible when the door is open. The serial number is coded for the year and week of manufacture if you want to know the age more accurately.

F04E03 on a general search is an airflow restriction ... either the filter is clogged (probably not) or the exhaust ducting is obstructed (more likely).

The airflow restriction fault will not directly prevent the dryer from running but airflow restriction can potentially cause a thermal overheat fuse to blow which can then make the dryer not run depending which fuse is it (there probably are two, which can be determined via parts diagrams after you cite the model number).

There should be a tech sheet with a wiring schematic and diagnostic information stashed somewhere on the dryer, some disassembly probably is required to reach it.

Thanks for the reply. I couldn't figure out the diagnostic code as everything was relatively clean and free of obstruction, but I had discovered the belt had snapped which was surprising as I replaced it less than a year ago. I then noticed a pully failed.

Some models have a safety switch that prevents running with a broken belt. Common cause of a broken belt is a failed idler/tension pulley. Detection of airflow obstruction probably is via cycling of the heating element (or gas burner) overheat thermostat which shouldn't occur with proper volume of airflow. The heat source circuit is through the motor centrifigual start switch so a heating element or gas burner shouldn't operate without the motor running.
