We have it in our kitchen, two bathrooms and a laundry room and absolutely no issues whatsoever in 3 years. Our kitchen is heavy use and occasionally a wine stain will appear and I just use dish soap on a sponge scrubber and with a little rubbing it comes right out. We have London Grey and Noble grey.

Engineered stone is virtually all the same stuff, no matter the brand.

Caesarstone is a fine brand. I have it in my home. As @Joseph Corlett, LLC says, engineered stone is pretty much the same material-wise. There are variations in the amount of resin vs. stone aggregate that they use and also variations in the amount of recycled material used. Really, it boils down to the color/pattern selections. Any good fabricator will be able to make nice counter tops from any of the options out there.
