My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Zero clearance, high efficiency wood-burning fireplace reco?

Hello! We have a dinky gas insert with NO real fireplace in a large log home in the Catskill mountains NY and want to replace it with something that burns wood efficiently and provides heat. After researching, it looks like we should get a zero clearance, high efficiency wood-burning fireplace but that the brands vary widely in quality. Best we've found so far is Stuv (expensive) and we've heard Superior is on the low end. We like clean modern look. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
