IT's behind the access panel on the lower front of the machine.

The owners manual with diagram & instructions is a free download from the speedqueen website.

Be sure to remove the drain hose from the standpipe and put it into a shallow pan so you can drain most of the remaining water; this will allow minimal mess when accessing the pump to remove any tangled obstruction.

If you scroll far down to my post posted here you can see that once you remove the two bottom screws that the drain pump is easy to access:
