My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    We are checking with the homeowner to verify the paint color that was used-- we have record of what we recommended but not sure if that was ultimately what went on. I will respond here if I hear back from the homeowner.

    Hello, the paint color is beautiful, but I'm obsessed with the post stain color as well. Would you mind letting me know what you recommended to your client?

    For the paint color we had recommended BM Simply White or White Dove. We are not sure what ended up being used for that or for the post stain color... but we agree it is really nice!
