We are looking to recarpet the upstairs of our home and I really like Anderson Tuftex carpets. Specifically, I'm looking at Mera or San Lucas. Has anyone had experience with Anderson Tuftex carpets? I love the look (loop) but have a little pause after seeing some reviews on Facebook that say the carpet looks stained after installation and that their customer service is terrible. I don't know if it was just a few disgruntled customers or what. I'd love any feedback from someone who has had it installed in their home.
