We had one on the outside of our garage at our last house, but that garage was sideload, so it didn't bother me. DH is an EV enthusiaste. We had one before they were a thing. He says some of them are more attractive than others, but there's only so much you can do to disguise them. If the box is the same color as the trim around your garage door it will disappear more. If you're handy, you could build a box with a door to hang on the side of the house to hide the components. My guess is that as they become more popular more attractive options will be sold. So make sure you've shopped every available option and go with the least objectionable one.

I'd probably just build a box around it and paint it the same color as your siding so it blends in. If your house is brick or stone, paint it the same color as your trim.

I would make sure it's not obvious because you may have others help themselves to your power.

You can just take a picture of the wall and then print it out and hang it in front of it or on the side of it matching the side or wall and gloss it a few times with flat gloss so it isn't shiny they might notice if they really look at

A note about Jan’s suggestion. Not sure where you live, but where I live, if I had that little lift under my garage door, I would definitely get mice. Can you mount it on the side of the house so it’s less visible?
