How about the balance of the dimensions?

If you only need one sink in the vanity your layout actually works pretty well. I would think about the closet and how you would arrange the hanging clothes and shelves, if any.

If this is your master bedroom. I think you need a double vanity. I'd sacrifice some of the closet space to relocate the toilet. Master bathrooms and kitchens sell homes so if a buyer doesn't like one of those rooms, it's ruled out.

I added more dimensions. The room to the right is another bedroom and the room below the space is going to be a reading/tv room. I’m open to any configuration.

The wall between the primary bedroom and the other bedroom to the right cannot be moved.

Window facing the light well is 1’9” wide and is high. The doors are 30” doors.

Here’s another option. I don’t like all the doors when you walk in. We are hoping to separate the closet so my husband and I each have separate space. I guess it doesn’t have to be a walk in closet. Thanks.

Your last plan definitely feels more like a master suite. However, I would make one change. I would get rid of the doors of the smaller closet and make it two equal size walk-in closets with both doors on the same side. It's better to walk into your bedroom and see a wall with a nice piece of art rather than a closet door next to a bathroom door. Again, it's hard to tell from dimensions how big these closets will be. There is great resale value in advertising 2 walk in closets in the master suite. In reality, you can use half his closet LOL. Your design is now a luxury master suite. 😀

9 feet side-to-side at the closet isn't really enough room for 2 separate walk-in closets. If you don't like the doors, you're better off with one larger closet. The door to the bedroom could be moved into the plane of the hall wall and then hinged on the left, opening against the bath wall. The bath works well the way you show it.
