cabinet hinge adjustable?

I have had the contractor's cabinet guy (and his apprentice who had never touched a cabinet before mine and was left unsupervised) back so many times it's ridiculous. After many visits, I finally got the doors and the soft close hinges on all cabinets to actually match. The last thing they came for was to put one more soft close hinge on this door.

This door has a matching door next to it that has no troubles. This one either it slams or it doesn't close all the way. I've adjusted the little plastic pieces to no avail. I noticed that one hinge is tight against the cabinet and one is not. And the door does not close properly.

I have attached photos of the hinges. I hope someone can tell me if I can adjust these hinges myself and HOW TO DO IT. I understand the soft close adjustment. I don't understand the in-out adjustment. I never want to talk to or see any of these alleged cabinet people again.

Yes, the hinge has in/out, up/down & left/right adjustment. Also +/- on the soft close. I suggest to get installer back to adjust every door.

Doors can be tricky to adjust, but once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad. You might as well learn now - doors don't stay straight forever. Keep in mind, when turning the adjusting screws, the tiniest turn will make a huge difference. Try rotating that light gray piece - I believe that controls the speed on the soft close.

You can also check online for the cabinet manufacturer. Sometimes on their website that have pdfs on adjusting hinges, drawers, garbage units, etc. You can also call the company, they may be able to email you something.

for sure you can - I had to do this on some finicky cabinet doors - it takes a little time to figure it out but if you have a small level and a willing partner to hold/manipulate the door while you manage the screws (or vice versa), it can go quickly
