hi there- was hoping for some advice or recommendations

Husband and I recently purchased an Ello Curtain Call entertainment unit , with the remote control doors and lights , the doors are opening and closing perfectly but the lights have not been working, when we try to switch them on it flickers for a second and then turns off. we double checked the receiver and plugs, changed the batteries for the remote, and changed the light bulbs … nothing has fixed it.. does anyone know what it could be? i attached a video of my issue, also if anybody has a user manual they could send me i would appreciate it so, we have the instruction manual, but would love the overall guide w all the information. thank you !!
