I need a to scale floor plan of the whole area all windows , doorways and where those doorways lead Every measurement marked clearly . A jpec drawing we can enlarge and a some info from you. How many seats , do you need to have a DR there . A TV >/ What size TV ?The space look very dark are there pot lights ? I need info please.

Do you have a floor plan from the builder? This room shape is very complicated to advise upon without dimensions and a plan.

Yeah, shape is very difficult. Floor plan is very difficult to get from builder as the building is very old. I my self have tried to prepare a sketch with dimensions. Which I am sharing in link below. Thanks alot. I am attaching building drone captured picture as well. For understanding.

Encircled area is the area of our both flats. Whole building turns from our flat.

Make the nook with the two tall boxes your console entry table with gallery art on the walls.

The space in front of the kitchen next to the pillars is a natural dining room.

The two sofas under the windows facing each other perpendicular to the window with the two tables side by side as coffee tables in front of them.

The short walls where the covered sofas are -- a tall hutch on the wall near the dining room. An armchair with reading lamp, foot rest and bookcase on the other wall.

A tall plant in each corner in front of the windows. Mirrors on each wall next the windows to reflect the daylight and plants.

This shape is best set up with a few different zones/sitting areas. What will it be used for? Set up zones accordingly.

Yes, I agree. My overall concept is a city loft. My proposal is for the kitchen and dining room on the right as you enter, with a floating dining set and a tall hutch. The foyer and family room/study on the left, with a console chest and gallery wall in the nook, one or two easy chairs and/or recliner plus a tall bookcase and floor reading lamp. Formal living room in front of the windows, with sofas and armchairs in conversational seating, and with mirrors and plants added for a conservatory/sunroom effect.

Okay I see the space now. What looked like short walls to me in the photos are the longest.

In the large space between the columns, a round dining table is on the left side as looking down on the floor plan with hutch and buffet table on the wall.

The formal living room seating should face the longer wall on the right with the TV/entertainment/bookshelf unit on that wall.

Under the window is still a sunroom/conservatory with plants but as the casual family area.

P.S. Don't worry if you must weave your way around the different zones or furniture pieces or columns. There is no rule that says one must walk in straight lines to maneuver around the house.

I would close-off the door next to the kitchen leaving only the main entrance door (red arrow).

So that you don't walk-in directly in the kitchen, I would build a 72"L x 24"D island.
