In our rental property, we are having trouble deciding on flooring options. Currently there is only plywood down, but it’s partly rotted. Our budget is super limited so I’m not sure what else I can put down without it rotting… the porch is located over a part of the basement of the house. It’s a super weird set up. Happy to answer questions if more clarification is needed.
