“We had our kitchen renovated. This involved replacing the floor tiles in the kitchen and entry hall; taking down a large part of the ceiling so as to replace the track lighting with pot-lights and pendants; re-orienting some of the kitchen cabinets so as to enable the sink to be relocated; replacing some cupboards with drawers; installing quartz counter tops and new tiles for the backsplash;and installing new appliances. Dave and Steve, supervised by Wayne, did most of the work, but an electrician was brought in to do the electrical and a specialist to replace the ceiling. Some more junior people assisted Dave and Steve from time to time. All the work was of the highest quality. The new cabinet work was an exact match with the old and the new ceiling was so well done one cannot see the join with the original. Dust was well controlled and the great room was dusted and vacuumed each day after work. As a separate and later project we had similar work done in the bathrooms, also done by Steve. This involved some cabinet work, new granite counters and new sinks, new plumbing fixtures on sink, bath and showers, and new lighting. Again the work was of the highest quality and when problems were encountered a way was found to solve them. In conclusion, we were most impressed by the dedication and conscientious way these people performed.”

“In 2019, Wendy and I purchased a mid-1980’s era villa/bungalow. We wanted to make a number of changes to our new home so that it would better meet our particular needs and enable us to “age in place”. Ernest worked with us to ensure that he clearly understood our objectives and he provided great advice based on his expertise and knowledge of construction – all with patience and humor. Ernest delivered the project on time and within budget. As in most renovation projects, unforeseen issues arose.
