Induction range before Thanksgiving???

Hi All,

I have to replace my 30" range before Thanksgiving which greatly limits my choices. I am a baker, so I am looking for an oven that is able to maintain a steady, even temperature. (I know that should be a given, but it is not.) The deadline by Thanksgiving greatly limits my choices. GE Cafe, any model is out. The Kitchenaid range looks great but I am concerned about buying a discontinued model. I would like to stay under $5,000. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks!!

IMO go on AJ Madison and see what they have in stock and can be shipped now .I find they are the best for comaprison shopping for sure.

And instead of getting the fold down door, I got the swinging ing door which I also love. It does take awhile to preheat the oven but once it does, it’s awesome…and the cooktop heating to boil is under 60 seconds!
