what is the suggested vertical placement of this style door handle? is it supposed to match the height of all other door handles or should it be placed in an aesthetically pleasing position such as centered vertically? also, these are acrylic and metal ferguson handles intended for use in cabinets but we are using for these wood core doors. should we expect them to hold up to the job? thank you very much!
