Did you do something with the roots when you repotted? It definitely took a nose dive from the before picture to now.

It had some larvae, an egg and red ants. it came as a gift so the one who bought it, was not aware of these things while buying it. It had 3 different plants which were also covered with death plugs, so while repotting I just loose soil, but didn’t break roots, a little came off with soil only.

I water when top 1-2inch layer is dry and pot has drainage holes

so my base diagnosis is sever stress ...

NEVER FERT A STRESSED plant..

and nest time.. first bring it home.. and leave it alone for a month.. and when its over that stress.. then decide is it needs repotting ... frankly.. i would buy a plant that immediately needs repotting unless it was a great great bargain ...

you are on the verge of loving it to death.. back off.. water properly.. and leave it alone for a month or two.. and if parts die.. so be it .. maybe you can root them.. if they arent too far gone. ..

and exactly how many times has it needed water in the few days you have owned it ... i suspect a typo somewhere?????
