Looks like white to me.

Red oak when natural looks a little pink and retains that tint unless specially treated for a light natural look or stained medium brown or darker. I don't see any pink in the photos you posted. How does it look in person?

They sell sodium nitrite test kits that allow you to identify white vs red oak. When I had a new section of wood floor added and tied into existing floors, my floor installer used the test kit to confirm it was red oak. He is the third generation in the family floor business and said he never guesses and used the test. Take some shavings, add a few drops and the results show up right away.
