Electric Fireplace Choices for Master Bedroom

Hi!,

We want to add an electric fireplace to our master bedroom in the 70-80inch range. We are considering the simplifire scion series or the dimplex ignite XL (possibly the bold). We are partial to the dimplex because of the slightly higher BTU output and more realistic flames. We arent experts at all but would love to hear your thoughts/advice on which we should add to our Master bedroom!!

We looked at the dimplex for our basement. It looks great. Unfortunately it needs its own circuit which would've required running a conduit outside our home from the electrical box to the fireplace, or ripping up drywall. I would make sure you can easily add a circuit before getting too far down the path on this. Also they are pricey, especially if you want to do a surround.
