My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It was a laser cut, interlocking circle pattern in Calcutta Gold Marble from Bedrosian Tile & Stone. We purchased it on close out, so that particular one is not availlable. We paid about $22/sf with was over 50% off. Normal cost is $50-60/sf. Hope that helps
