Are you talking about the gas grill as well? Or just the parilla that would be wood burning?

While I believe you, if you scroll through outdoor kitchens on Houzz even, you’ll see several gas grills right next to an exterior wall…. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I would want all fire/heat away from house and beverage fridge next to sink with a span of countertop next to sink/above fridge to be used as a drop zone for trays, glasses, etc.

Where is the smoker?! But seriously that is a lot of stuff to be crammed into that area. The parilla is wood burning? I would want that away from everything else and not right in the middle.

I have a smoker, 48" rectangle griddle and a pizza oven. I never use them all at once but do use them fairly often. While that circular griddle does look interesting I'd get rid of it and buy a grill with a griddle insert.

And people do lots of dumb stuff and then post pics of it on the internet. I wouldn't put that stuff against my house either. Actually I think I'd make the bottom of the U longer so the post ends up in the counter and move the grill there. I'd then put in a proper sink.

Have to love the generic rules/codes that some here post without looking at the whole picture. Might want to ask some more questions before making statements that might not be true in all areas.

Here in FL, where exterior walls are made of cement block covered in stucco, outdoor grills against a house are the majority of installations. Obviously not a "giant fire code violation" for this area. The grills are also usually placed under a covered roof lanai and in that case, code requires a full vent hood over the grill.

DH also has a Komodo Kamado smoker, but it is freestanding and placed around the side the house. You definitely don't want a smoker, that sometimes cooks for hours, right next to your house and doors, not because of heat, but because the smoke can easily be blown into any open doors.
