I have had 5 different rooms with Cambria products and never had any issues with that. However I did see my slabs before they were fabricated and approved them. I think resin pooling can be an issue with any quartz products.

Where do you live? How did you see the slabs? My contractor continues to tell me Cambria doesn’t allow that.

And yes, that’s what I heard too from friends and forums and people like you. I am the unlucky one that it happened too. And it’s not pretty.

But it's not Cambria specific. This could have happened with any quartz product. it's a risk.

You should be able to see the slab before the fabricator cuts it. There is no reason your fabricator won't let you see it.

Cambria indicates this is not possible. What I should have done differently is be there for delivery and I would have been able to stop the installation but I would have lost money. Fabricator did not notice this. I could have seen how I could have reviewed. Yes, it’s my fault. To take off, will hurt the sink and hopefully not the cabinets. I will live but it’s disappointing. If I can save someone else from these mistakes, that will be rewarding.
