can I still plant bulbs?

In a fit f optimism, I bought a bunch of bulbs in oct. I have been super busy with childcare and not had time till now to plant in pots (and done frosted in the ground).

Is it too late? Seattle 8b.

Not too late!! I have planted in January before :-) Depending on the bulb, the flowers may be later appearing than is typical but other than that, no issues.

They definitely won't live if you don't plant them - go ahead and do it. And as of last night Seattle was supposed to enter a rainy period (= no frosts) on the 20th.
