My living room has an 84 inch long mantle with stone wall. I have 2 lamps from Pier 1 imports, placed on either side. Looking for more decor pieces that I could place here. I love mirrors and have tried several of them, but they all look too small on the mantle. The arched mirror, seen in picture, I am still debating whether to keep or return. I have tried bigger mirrors following the rule that the anchor piece on the mantle should be at least 2/3 rd the length of the mantle. But all those mirrors were too heavy and seemed dangerous to be leaning on the mantle. I can’t hang them as it’s not possible on the stone wall. Can any layering be done with the mirror in picture or what other options do I have?
