That looks totally wrong. The sink should go under a solid piece of granite with a sink cutout. There shouldn't be any pieces or seams like that. And usually, the sink edges are under the granite. Not partially under. Maybe your sink is installed OK. It just looks odd to me how it was done.

This appears to be a 2cm top with mitered edges at the sink. The curved corners can't be mitered, so they have to be built-up which they were. It's this or eliminating the mitered sink edges and build-up and having the sink undermount to the bottom of the top 2cm:
