My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    There are actually two areas that have the skimmer and it’s a little bit darker squares on the left and right side

    I can see the skimmers in the spa however I dont see the skimmer covers, the coping looks flawless, Do you clean out the skimmers from the top? Are they hidden in the coping? I have looked at the pictures of your project from every angle and I cant find the clean outs.

    That was from 15 years ago…I don’t remember the contraption they had. Sorry. Money was no object to hide them.
