IMO the pot filler could go and aif you must keep it the same as the other faucet and IMO stainless you have too many finishes already .

I like the truffle! I’d do oil rubbed bronze (ORB) for everything metal - faucets, lights, hardware, etc.

Stainless steel for the faucet. It is a neutral and goes with everything and does not go out of style.

Brushed nickel or chrome for the faucet and pulls. Nothing wrong with having black light fixtures with that. However, if you want to experiment you can get the pulls (just a couple) in different colors to try. As long as the holes you drill are the same you can try anything. I'm not sure what honey bronze looks like.

If @kandrewspa posted a good summation of the kitchen you’re envisioning, then hold off on the cabinet hardware till the end. Get samples of other finishes that are in the running.

Is the stainless sink undermount? Is it a flexible decision? You might want to look at a light colored composite to complement your countertop (and mostly white) kitchen.

It sort of depends on the style of your kitchen - are you going for modern, eclectic, or modern farmhouse? If so, I'd get black. If you are going for more of a classic or transitional look, I'd do stainless.
