custom cabinets are custom sizes... not standard like all off the shelf accessories.

you may have to settle so something to just fit.

your builder may have been planning full extension slides with a custom box drawer.

Rev a shelf has some great pullouts, but won't be custom to your existing sized box.

think how you'll use the space before you choose a look...

Ikea Maximera or Komplement should work for you.

Most pullouts that come with their specific cabinet line have pullouts sized for their cabinet lines. Often those pullouts have glides that connect to the face frame with no shelf under.

Here's some photo examples of those type.

Pro = tighter fit

Con= not adjustable vertically (unless unscrew & fill holes in faceframe

Getting pullout shelves from another manufacturer of cabinets often come in standard sizes & glides are attached to shelving.

con= lose some space on sides

pro = able to move shelf with pullout shelf without putting more holes in face frame

= stronger support with pullout weight on shelf in cabinet vs screws in faceframe

Full extension metal slides with soft close are the best.

Avoid the half extensions with plastic wheel, those do not last as long.

The image below with X very bottom pullout are the cheaper slides to avoid.

The plastic wheel ofen deteriates over time & comes off track.

I read this a couple of days ago and meant to respond but didn't have the time.

First, I would have the cabinetmaker order and install new hinges. Hinges for a frameless cabinet with pullouts should align the doors with the cabinet sides when open allowing for full width drawers/pullouts. You appear to have a spacer beside your door and ordering the proper hinges will add at least 1.5" - 2" to the width of the pull-outs.

Next, pull-outs are just drawers on drawer sliders, often people will choose shorter sides but that is not a requirement, you just order drawers. Most drawer slides will have a mounting hole to mount the drawers back 1/4" to allow for space to the cabinet the door rather than mounting of the drawer face to the drawer box. As there is always room in the back of the drawer, there is always room to add a slide. If your cabinet has shelf pin holes they should work for mounting drawer slides in the drawer behind door position.

Typically, pull-outs are mounted above or below the hinges rather than inside of hinges and so you don't need to shrink your set up, just move things around a bit.

You should try and resolve the issues. This is easy for a cabinetmaker and it seems you have more work there other than the roll-outs.
