Thermostat temperature all over the place causing heating to stop

Hi everyone, i have a https://pghvac.com/swc/ fan coil unit, the thermostat's temperature sensor is reading random temperatures, causing the heating to stop and start. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Below is the thermostat https://imgur.com/a/zBdGwlI

Well, given the limited information, sounds like a bad thermostat. Is there a big hole in the wall behind it where drafts could influence the thermometer?

hi, no the thermostat is on an interior wall there isnt any draft

Drafts can get into interior walls through wiring channels. Try pulling the thermostat out and letting it dangle as far away from the mounting as the wiring will permit. If that doesn't change anything, it's probably a bad thermostat.
