Hey there I have a odd situation and wondering if there is a reason for my setup or if I can change it since one of my springs has busted and would like to replace both at the same time so this is the current info on the torsion springs that are installed.

Measurements taken as per all videos and documents

Left spring = Length 21 1/4" ID = 1.75" Spring size = 207
Rights Spring = Length 32" ID = 1.75" Spring size = 207

Measurement of 20 springs was 4"

So, With that all being said I am wondering if I can go with a few 27" x 1.75 with a spring size of 225

or if there is a better idea of whats going on or if I should just replace with what was up there but will cost me a lot more then it would to buy two of the same size.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it is an all wooden door that is fairly heavy but the previous springs lasted a good 10 years or so.
