If your budget is limited and you dont feel handy, id leave most of it alone.

The biggest problem i see is that you dont have enough light. Instead of spending on a new vanity, you might hire an electrian to put a couple recessed ceiling fixtures that are designed for bathrooms. We put a can light above our tib/shower combo and its amazing the difference it makes.

PS I like your floor and tub surround tiles. I wouldt cover them up.

We would recommend swapping out your mirror to make it a bit more modern, and maybe switching out the cabinet pulls to match the mirror and/or faucet/fixtures that you have. Swapping out the lighting is another quick way to upgrade a room without being too expensive.

I agree with Frame - a new, modern mirror and lights will go far as well as a fresh coat of paint on the vanity (even if it remains white) and new pulls! If you can, I'd swap the vanity top too. That offset and style of sink is dates the space.

I like the floor and the tile. See nothing wrong with either of them. I do agree, a new mirror and new lighting would be a big improvement. A coat of paint, and a new shower curtain, and some wall decor would change the whole look for very little dollars.

For the mirror and lighting, what kind of style do u recommend?

You've gotten great suggestions so far. If funds permit, a white and black wallpaper could be worth it. Is this room usrd mostly by adults or children?

It's not bad! Is that blue or black? New knobs, new shower curtain, possibly wall paint or paper?
