My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    No - This is about the worst place to put spices...

    Spices should generally kept in a cool, dry, dark place - so even those clever-looking spinny-racks you see on folks countertops are bad.

    Best place is in a drawer or inside a cupboard...
    ...tho for a small kitchen such as this, a shallow enclosed cabinet could have been installed where those red pots are hanging now.

    First thing that caught my eye is the terrible location of spices! Also the stove beside the fridge is another #fail. I know NYC small kitchens are a challange, but there's got to be a better way!

    I AGREE WITH YOU BRONACOS. THE STOVE AND THE CABINET SHOULD SWITCH PLACE. RIGHT NEXT TO THE REFRIGERATOR SHOULD BE A PEDESTAL OF CABINET DRAWERS, THEN THE STOVE AND SINK. THE SPICES CAN BE PLACED IN A SPICE RACK FOR DRAWERS.
