While I enjoy the trendy design articles and seeing the latest fads (I’ve added many to my idea books) I would love to see more functional articles.

What do plumbers, electricians, hvac, architects, builders do in their own homes they build?

What do parents or grandparents love or hate in their home? What seemed awesome but is now regretted? What would they never live without again?

How about professional maids??
