Can these newly intalled vinyl windows be repaired?

Our new home build is almost complete. The windows were installed 7 months ago. When they were installed, there was a blue protective film on them. This was never removed until recently. It looks like it was baked on through the Texas summer. The builders cleaning crew tried to remove this and in the process damaged the exterior of these window frames badly. I need to know if these windows are repairable or if they need to be replaced. I'm afraid the repair will look good initially but in 6 months will fade away. With this being a new build, I want the windows to be perfect. The builder will always choose the cheaper route but I want to know from a professional, if a repair is even feasable. Thank you

We did not. Once landscaping was installed, we thought it looked much better.

All the windows are damaged tho. Pretty dissapointed. We dont have much faith in the builder based on finishout. Sub's did some poor work. Many items had to be replaced/refinished multiple times.

Is this a custom build?

Have you talked with someone from the window company?

I can't say for sure, but I would be really surprised if they can be repaired.

They look to be vinyl. Any repairs will be just touch up most like and not anything that will make it look better in the long run. Those scrapes, scratches and gouges will still be quite visible just with touchup paint over them.

The manufacturer is Piva. Not sure of the model. I reached out to Piva and sent over photos along with barcode so they can review the order. This was a custom build.

PVC from their website. Not fixing them effectively if they are all scratched like that. It will definitely show thru.
