yes texture looks good for bench seat

@Susan Thanks Susan. It's soft. I appreciate your feedback. I was concerned about the texture for a cushion because I'm used to seeing cushions made out of flatter and stiffer fabric.

The texture looks perfect for a book nook cushion. When I was looking at sofa upholstery options, there is a quite an array of textures offered (smooth and textured and everything inbetween). Personally I needed something with less texture because my dog is a terrible shedder and even though she's not allowed on furniture, her fur sticks to every slightly textured fabric.

It’s fine, check the Wyzenbeek rubs of the farcical.
