My Maytag dryer keeps buzzing even while unplugged.

I bumped my Maytag dryer around 30 min ago and it started making a loud buzzing sound. I tried starting it and it still started despite the buzzing. I tried unplugging it, but the buzzing has continued despite it being unplugged. This has been going on now for around 30 min and there’s no end in sight. I have no clue what to do. Please help!
