Can you put those blue samples on your wall color to see how well they coordinate?

My other concern with the dark would be in showing all of the imperfections in your vanity

I LIKE it! paint navy, add navy towels plus a navy kleenex holder and call it done. Keep in mind Navy is tres 2023.

The navy, although not unattractive, doesn't seem to be quite the right color to coordinate with your walls. Might suggest you consider painting the vanity with the same color as the walls but several shades darker. Love the vintage look of your bathroom btw!

If you will decide to paint vanity navy, paint wall white.

Why do the tiles look so yellow in the one pic. I would fix the lighting first. Change all the bulbs to LED 4000K then test color. My thought is in a vintage bathroom or kitchen the cabinets have probably had more than on coat of paint so there will be imperfections form the painters before you that need to be dealt with. So check over the vanity to makes sure you can desl with all of those. Dark color show every little bump . I think the blue could be dramtic but the tile is not white and IMO not a good look with all blues . It also is going to be an issue if the paint on there is lead based so make sure you test before starting sanding and prepping .

A darker blue than the walls would look nice, but navy is not the right color. Of course, everyone's monitor portrays color differently, so it is impossible to get proper assessments from anyone online. Bring home more samples to try out. The ones you have on the wall look black on my monitor, but then the wall looks like an ugly shade of gray in that photo, and nothing like the pretty shade of blue in the first photo you posted, so maybe they really are blue?

You don't need to change all the bulbs to 4000k.

I agree that you should do the same wall color but much darker.

Cute bathroom! I vote for navy, or choose a color scheme based off your shower curtain (for both the walls and vanity). Off-white will fight with the tiles and look dingy.

I love the first of the two samples because it's a little bolder (but not too much). The second one looks too close to denim.
