The front door doesn't look like the same shade of green as the shutters. Is that true, or a trick of the lighting? You don't need the shutters, so you could remove them, but the one area on the front upper story is the same green, so the front door needs to either match or be a different color - maybe black. It also wouldn't hurt for the garage door to be the body color. The bush by the garage looks overgrown, so prune it or remove it if it can't be saved.

Paint or stain the shutters to match the door and wood planter boxes on each side of the door the same color with white trim.

Lose the shutters entirely for starters.
