Why not shift everything over just a bit?

It’s centered with a couch on the opposite wall. Since the tv will be in top would like to keep it centered.

If the couch can't shift down a bit then maybe a basket or plant in front of it?

For lamps, I use extension cords that have flat swivel plugs and tack the cables down as neat as possible. For the TV area, look for a surge protector that has a flat plug. The cord will be a tiny bit bulkier but it's worth it to protect your TV equipment (it's not a good idea to plug a surge protector into an extension cord).

If the setup like above was still a little bit too messy for you, you can hide the cables in a "raceway" and then paint them to match your wall to help them blend in.

Or the best option of all: ditch that TV stand and get one that's wide enough to cover the outlet. Or Patricia's suggestion below of hiding it with a plant is a good idea.

IMO move the sofa since it is not centered on that wall then the stand might be able to move over. How big it the TV how wide is the stand . So much info missing who knows . If it must stay there put a plant in front of the plug , really. Lest see the whole space every wall and the sizes of the TV and the stand. Post all of that in a camment here do not strat another post .
