B seems more ergonomically correct, where your hand naturally reaches to grasp a handle.

IMO where it makes sense when you go to that cabinet where does your hand want to go .I like much longer pulls but with those just test what works.

I think I would reach for the middle every time, so B.

I agree with Patricia and suggest longer handles in the center. At first, I thought A but now, I think either is fine.

A is a much cleaner look, which is what I prefer.

"A" looks to me like it's two sets on handles on one larger door, rather than being separate doors. Like a pantry where you'd try to make it look like it was 2 doors but it's really not. "B" is obviously 3 separate sets of doors. I prefer "B"

B. Two reasons. As mentioned because your hand will naturally go there, rather than at the bottom of the middle cabinet. Also because with ”A”, I don’t like how the pulls for the middle cabinet are directly on top of the pulls for the bottom cabinet. Looks odd and awkward to me.

To my eye, the Middle configuration is more pleasing. The actual handles can be larger as well.

A with longer pulls on the lower and middle cabinets. Aesthetically you don’t want pulls both centered and off center on cabinets of the same size. All of our cabinets in our kitchen have pulls at either the top or bottom.
