1.47% has long been the standard for over the counter imidacloprid soil drench. I know this because I've been recommending it as a soil drench for houseplants and trees for a good long while. I have the exact product you show an image of in my garage garden cubby at the moment.

You can use Bayer 3-in-1 for Insects Disease and Mites as a spray, and it will work better than the drench because the drench doesn't always make it through the plant to its most distal parts, whereas the spray is topically applied to all above-ground parts and absorbed directly into the plant where it is to be delivered. The spray, though, must be used outdoors and allowed to dry before bringing the plant indoors. They make more than 1 product with the same name, so make sure you get the product labeled as containing imidacloprid.
