Flooring Help Please!!!!

Self-inflicted scope creep is real!!!

Kitchen reno started with, "hey, let's install a larger island and some pendant lighting!"

Now it's grown to a full kitchen reno and we're looking at replacing our floors!

Flooring choices are mind-numbing. Could really use some help. We have Brazilian cherry floors that are about 17 years old. While we could refinish and they actually would work with our new design palette, we're not crazy about the look and aren't sure we want to roll the dice on them becoming popular again. ;)

New kitchen will be white cabinets, white countertops, stone grey island and stainless appliances. Need something that helps anchor that together and ideally provide a little warmth. First floor is fairly open-concept, so looking for long'ish planks.

Given our new kitchen colors, the rest of the main floor and our décor/furnishings, I'm pretty sure we want the following in our new flooring:

Leaning engineered wood

want wide plank (~7in)

want long plank (~6ft+)

looking for something that has some greys and some browns (French Oak?)

as natural looking and durable as possible

hoping for something that doesn't expand and contract too much between seasons

Really like the looks of Paradiso Belmont Hills in Highland

I like this one too, but may not have enough grey tone?

Proximity Mills French Oak in Mill Creek

Can anybody here please help point me to some quality products that I should be considering?

Thank you!
