Can't you ask your solar installer? I would also think you would only get 1 bidirectional meter - and so you are getting a new meter anyway - right? So why is that a limiting factor - although this is certainly region specific.

I have a 13kw array on the basic standard system but it doesn't go through my interior panel (200). It is plugged into the outdoor panel.

If your PV power will be passing through those 200A breakers, I say the 80% rule applies to them = 160 amps.
