8x10 would work with the length side to side... if you have night stands, just keep the rug in front.

I rarely like rugs in bedrooms since 3/4 of the rug is hidden and makes vacuumming harder. Why noytlook at some nice runner type rugs for either side since the on mentioned will not be even as wide as 3' on either side of the bed. Tehn choose nice wide dresser type night tables with proper sized lamps Really you want to post a pic of the space here in a comment showing the whole room that gives us some idea of your style too. Queen beds are 60”W, so it really depends on your preference and budget. I’d suggest 6x9 and pull down a bit so rug frames/grounds the bed.

That looks like a vent on the right so you don't want a rug to cover that. Considering not covering the vent - would you have 8' or 9' as a width?

6x9 could look nice. Might need to have a little more on left so floor vent isn’t covered on right.

5x8 will give you 1 1/2ft on each side, and 6x9 gives you an extra foot to pull down a bit for bench and 2ft on each side. Maybe tape to see what works better, especially due to proximity of dresser.
