Old house, small bedrooms. Considering combining two adjacent bedrooms to make a master with 3 piece bath, laundry center and walk in closet. Load bearing wall needs to be addressed though I suspect it can be. Have a quote for entire project, start to finish, for a little over $50K with project estimate at 2 months long. Should it be two months or so - tearing out walls, closets, building bath, laundry, WIC? Is this a reasonable quote?
