love the fence what is the material?

who did the fence? love the look. how is it done with metal or wood?

    Hi, the fence is made of 1 inch rebar of a more stout grade that does not bend easily. A temporary tack welded continuous top bar connects the rebar, suspending them into an open trench below that they then fill with concrete. Once secure they remove the top connecting bar, and it looks like the rebar just grows right out of the ground.
